As an Investment Operations Specialist you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our investment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing Transactions: Checking completed transactions for proper execution and accurate administration with the custody party/parties and resolving issues if discrepancies are found. 
• Daily Reconciliation: Reconciling cash and/or securities accounts daily. 
• Fee and NAV Verification: Verifying fees (settlement, custody, clearing) and Net Asset Values (NAVs) including accruals and valuations. 
• Counterparty Risk Monitoring: Monitoring counterparty risk in consultation with the Risk department and reporting to management if funds are at risk of falling outside the ‘comfort zone’. 
• Margin and Collateral Management: Daily management of margin and collateral with counterparties. 
• Compliance and Change Management: Engaging closely with compliance to manage changes resulting from evolving laws and regulations. 
• Departmental Support: Supporting the Portfolio Management, IT, Finance & Control, and Back Office departments with data and structural issues as needed. 
• Process Streamlining: Ensuring the streamlining of processes concerning the managed funds through intensified use of the existing IT infrastructure. 
• Monitoring Compliance: Overseeing compliance dashboards, allocations, and purchases.
