Customer Service Agent (part-time)
We are searching for a new Customer Service Agent (part-time), who can write and read faultlessly in English. There is a Support Desk in Amsterdam where customers from UK can ask their questions, either via email or call. It is intended that these emails are handled carefully and properly in English. Of course you will get a proper training.
Your responsibilities are:
- Customer contact via e-mail, chat and telephone;
- You support customers in a professional and friendly manner;
- You liaise between customers and suppliers to find an effective and customer-friendly solution;
- You work together in a team and provide input and feedback on existing processes.
